October 3 2010 Today we did an egg promotion for a group of marathon runners in Central Park located in Burlington Ontario.
We had a total of 2500 hard cooked eggs already peeled. The eggs were supplied in hotel pans. They were kept in a refrigerated truck that remained on site.
Our staff was there bright and early in the morning. The set up started at 7:30 and we were cleaned up and gone by noon. All of the runners were able to get crackin early. Our client was pleased with the event.
