On December 8 2010 we were at a Military Christmas Party at Foote Armoury with approximately 195 guests.

At 3:00 the bbq staff arrived to begin the setup of tables.

The guests began arriving at 6:30 and at 7:00, ceasar salads, baguette, butter, ice water placed on tables.

The guests were seated at 7:30 and served butternut squash soup.

At around 8:00 the main course was served to the officers.

The rest of the guests had 3 lines they could stand in, so the wait was not long. The main course was incredible, we had oven roasted turkey, carved, hot & ready to serve, sage & onion stuffing, cranberry jelly, glazed baby carrots, brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes dark gravy with pan drippings.

At appoximately 8:30 coffee, tea and the dessert, apple pie, was served. By 9:00 our after dinner program started and the guest began leaving around 9:30. The bbq staff began their clean up. We had such an amazing time, dinner was fabulous, all the guests enjoyed themselves and the client was thrilled with the event.
