Just because your catered event is out of doors, don't settle for hot dogs and burgers! Let's talk about barbecued chicken breast, steak kebobs, stir fried vegetables, fried rice, Caesar salad, luscious fruit displays, pita bread with bruschetta topping & grated cheese, German sausage and German style home fried potatoes with bacon & onion. Let's talk about your wedding menu featuring stuffed mushroom caps, asparagus spears wrapped in proscuitto, Cajun salmon, medallions of Thai beef in red curry sauce, strawberry spinach salad with vinaigrette dressing, carved watermelon sculptures, and of course a beautiful wedding cake. Let's talk about a giant cognac flambe in our 11-foot frying pan, visible from all points of guest seating: four feet of fire (outside the tent, of course) draw forth the aahs and applause.

Pleasing both host and guests is the key to catering an event successfully, be it a wedding to launch a young couple in their new life or a corporate event to launch a new product. Imagination in menu planning, the right catering equipment and staff to do the job properly, and dedication to quality and service are all essential ingredients to the event recipe.

Don't be shy about discussing price with your caterer. We believe in value and delivering more for your money. For example, BBQ does not charge or collect gratuities or service charges. By definition, gratuities are a spontaneous recognition of excellent food and service. Charging for these items in advance robs the client of both value and the opportunity to express appreciation. By the way, a 15 percent saving. Remember that only the host sees the budget and only the host pays the bill.
