It's 2:00 p.m. and shooting for the day is running behind schedule. The director knows he needs second meal - hot food for the entire cast & crew late in the day. Location could be anywhere. Standards must be star quality. Facilities could be primitive. Who do you call?
BBQ Catering has state of the art mobile kitchens, and service crews always on standby. Hot and ready at 6:00 a.m. with English muffins, Belgian waffles, fried egg sandwiches, brioche, and cappuccino; the BBQ menu flows through the day with outstanding quality and service. Vegetarians always feel welcome, meat eaters are in heaven. Substantials are real food - kebobs, sausages, stir fry, stew, goulash, a real bread bar.
Lavishly equipped with extras such as salad bar, frozen fruit drink machines, espresso machines, and high speed grills, our mobile kitchens serve as cafeterias with capacity to process large crowds smoothly. Umbrellas, tables, chairs, additional seating, electrical generators, water supply - are all on-board.
